The ARI International DX Contest is the most prestigious competitive event organized by the Association of Radioamateurs of Italy. Held annually on the first full weekend of May, it invites operators worldwide to contact as many stations as possible on the HF bands (10m–160m) using CW, SSB, and RTTY. For international participants, Italian stations serve as the primary multipliers, making Italy the central focus of the global airwaves.
