HAM Contests

Ham Contests, also known as Amateur Radio Contests, are competitive events where licensed amateur radio operators try to make as many contacts as possible with other operators around the world within a specified time frame. These contests test operators’ technical skills, speed, and efficiency in communicating over various frequencies and modes (such as voice, Morse code, or digital signals). Points are awarded based on the number and distance of contacts, and different contests may have unique rules and objectives, often promoting camaraderie and the advancement of radio communication techniques.
