International competitions in HF radio communications “RUSSIAN DX CONTEST” are organized by the national amateur radio organization of the Russian Federation – the Union of Radio Amateurs of Russia. The competition is conducted by the organizing committee.

The competitions are not qualifying, they are not included in the ECP of the Ministry of Sports of Russia, and the implementation of sports standards of the ESK is not provided for.
